Italian giants Inter Milan are hot on the trail of Benfica defender Victor Lindelof, according to Record.
It is no secret that the Nerazzurri are on the lookout for defensive reinforcements, having recently been linked with full-backs Stephan Lichtsteiner, Domenico Criscito and Kenny Tete, but they are also searching for central defenders.
Inter Milan have been keeping close tabs on Benfica hotshot Victor Lindelof for quite some time and their scouts were present in Solna as Sweden faced Netherlands in the 2018 World Cup qualifier.
This is enough to suggest that the Nerazzurri could make their interest concrete in the January transfer window, but the problem is that Paris Saint-Germain appear to be leading the chase at the moment.
The Saints are reportedly ready to offer €30 million for the highly rated footballer and it remains to be seen whether Inter will be able to match their offer.
